Case Manager - Get Set For Work Program - Rockhampton
The Get Set for Work Program focuses primarily on early school leavers and those ‘at risk’ of disengaging from mainstream education prior to completing Year 12, to make a successful transition to work or re-engage back into education and training.
The Case Manager will work to address young people’s learning and employment needs by offering a combination of practical learning activities focused on social skills, literacy/numeracy training, occupational skills, and work based learning that cannot be addressed through other avenues.
